The GT Tools DiamondClear™ HV Windshield Repair Resin is a professional-grade, high-viscosity resin designed for windshield repairs in hot weather conditions. Formulated for temperatures above 85°F (29°C), this specialized auto glass repair resin is particularly suited for repairing bullseye damage and combination breaks.
Its high-viscosity formulation is designed for warm-weather applications, helping automotive glass repair technicians select the appropriate resin for the temperature and type of windshield damage. DiamondClear™ HV also helps conceal damage to the windshield's vinyl interlayer caused by severe impacts, improving the appearance of affected areas.
The resin features an acrylic acid-free formulation and is available in Clear, Blue-Green, Amber, and Gray options. The tinted versions are formulated with cured refractive indices that more closely match corresponding tinted automotive glass, making them useful when repairing windshields with specific glass colors.
Available in 15cc and 30cc bottles, DiamondClear™ HV is suitable for professional auto glass repair technicians, windshield repair businesses, and automotive service shops performing repairs in warmer climates.
GT Tools DiamondClear™ HV has been tested by the British Standards Institution (BSI).
Important Application Information: DiamondClear™ HV should not be used when radial cracks exceed 1/2 inch. For these repairs, GT Tools recommends DiamondClear™ MV Windshield Repair Resin. The resin requires UV light for curing.

We want to ensure you're completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of purchase. A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed once the returned items are received and inspected at the warehouse.
All package sales are final due to the complexity of shipping the equipment. The total purchase price should be paid in full before shipment. When items are passed to the shipping carrier they are responsible for delivery. The equipment is covered solely by the manufacturer's warranty. The Buyer should inspect the equipment upon receipt and notify the Seller of any discrepancies as soon as possible. Let's get calibrating!
