What We Buy

This is a fit for shops upgrading to a newer platform, consolidating after a merger, or clearing equipment from a service line they no longer run.

How the Trade-In Program Works

Four steps from the email to the payout

  1. 01 Tell us what you have. Email the make, model, approximate age, and condition. Photos help, and so does software or subscription status if you have it, since an active license changes what a unit is worth.
  2. 02 We send you a number. You get a straight offer based on what the unit is selling for now and what it needs to reach our resale standard. No obligation to accept.
  3. 03 Ship it to Gilroy. Once you accept, you ship the equipment to our warehouse in Gilroy, CA. Inbound freight is the seller's responsibility. Larger systems and full calibration bundles take more handling, so pack them well and coordinate with us before they leave your dock.
  4. 04 Get paid within 30 days. We inspect the equipment on arrival. Once it passes, you choose credit toward new equipment or a check, issued within 30 days. If a unit does not pass inspection, we ship it back to you at our cost.

Equipment that sells fastest is complete, undamaged, and functional, with all cables, adapters, targets, and cases the system shipped with. Missing components and heavy wear pull the value down, which is why the condition you describe up front sets the number we can hold to after inspection.

If a subscription or software license transfers with the unit, tell us. It often adds to what we can pay.

  • Offers depend on model, age, condition, and what the unit is selling for on the used market. An active software subscription factors in as well. You’ll get one number, not a range, and there is no obligation to accept it.

  • You cover freight to our Gilroy warehouse. If the equipment does not pass inspection and we send it back, that return shipment is on us.

  • We inspect on arrival and issue your check or apply your credit within 30 days once the unit passes.

  • We’ll return it to you at our expense. You are out nothing but the inbound freight you already paid.

  • Yes. Large equipment and complete bundles need closer inspection, so reach out before shipping and we will walk through packing and logistics with you.

  • It affects the value but does not disqualify the unit. Tell us the subscription status so the offer reflects it accurately.
