What vehicles and tools does this cover?+

For ADAS calibrations we work with most makes and models on the road. For OEM programming, current coverage includes Toyota, Honda / Acura, GM, Ford / Lincoln, Nissan / Infiniti, Mopar, Mazda, BMW, and Audi / VW. We’re actively adding more.

On the tool side: Autel, Launch, OEM tools, and J2534 setups. If your tool supports the procedure, we can help you run it. Not sure whether your vehicle or tool is covered? Put it in the intake form and we’ll confirm before the session.

Do I need to install anything before the session?+

Just TeamViewer on the computer running your tool. The install link is in your confirmation email and takes about two minutes. Have the tool connected to the vehicle before we go live.

How does billing work? When do I get charged?+

Your card goes on file at booking, but nothing is charged then. After the session, you’re billed for the time used: $150 for the first 30 minutes, then $50 per additional 10 minutes. New customers get their first 30 minutes free. If the job’s done inside that window, you pay nothing.

What if my issue isn’t resolved in the session?+

You’re only billed for the time used. No flat fee for an unfinished job. We’ll document exactly where the procedure stands and what’s next, so a follow-up session picks up where we left off instead of starting over.

Is my vehicle or scan data shared or stored?+

No. Files you upload are used to prep and run your session, period. They’re not shared outside ADAS Depot. Remote access ends the moment the session does. You can watch the connection close on your screen.

How do I book a follow-up session?+

Same scheduler, any time. Your shop info and card stay on file so a follow-up takes about a minute to book. Just attach any new scan reports so the tech is current before connecting.

Does the free trial apply to existing customers?+

The free first 30 minutes is a one-time deal for new customers, one per shop. After that, every session is the standard rate, billed only for time used.
