The Thinkcar ADAS Master Lite Frame + LDW Kit is a professional ADAS calibration solution designed for automotive repair shops, collision centers, windshield replacement facilities, and mobile calibration technicians. Combining a lightweight, modular calibration frame with Lane Departure Warning (LDW) target capability, this system provides a practical way to perform precise ADAS calibration on modern passenger vehicles.
The ADAS Master Lite features a compact, detachable design that can be assembled and operated by a single technician. Its folding beam structure makes transportation and storage easier while helping workshops maximize available service-bay space. The system is designed to support accurate positioning through parallel alignment, laser-assisted positioning, manual height adjustment, and precision leveling.
With LDW calibration capability, the Thinkcar ADAS Master Lite + LDW Kit is suitable for servicing vehicles equipped with camera-based lane departure warning systems. Proper calibration may be required after windshield replacement, suspension or alignment work, collision repairs, or other repairs that can affect camera positioning.

The Thinkcar ADAS Master Lite platform is also designed to work with a broader range of ADAS functions, including ACC, AVM, NVS, BSD, and RCW, depending on the applicable targets and vehicle coverage. Thinkcar's system is reported to support more than 90 vehicle brands and a wide range of calibration targets.
The modular frame is designed with portability and workshop efficiency in mind. Its folding beam and detachable construction make it easier to move between service areas or transport for mobile calibration work. The system can be positioned and aligned using laser-based tools, assist lines, manual height adjustment, and leveling features.
The Thinkcar ADAS Master Lite is particularly well suited to businesses that want to add ADAS calibration without investing in a large fixed calibration bay. It can be used by independent repair facilities, collision repair shops, automotive glass professionals, dealerships, and ADAS specialists.
