The GT Tools AXIS™ Cord Style Auto Glass Cut Out Tool Kit is a professional auto glass removal system designed to provide technicians with controlled, efficient cord cutting for windshield, back glass, and other automotive glass removal applications. Built for demanding shop and mobile use, the AXIS™ combines dual independent spindles, flexible drive options, and a secure vacuum mounting system to give technicians greater control throughout the cut.
The AXIS™ features dual independent spindles that allow technicians to manage cutting cord tension and direction independently. This makes it easier to adapt to corners, deep urethane, and changing glass shapes during a removal. Each spindle can also be switched between ratchet and free-spool operation using integrated thumb locks, allowing technicians to adjust the cutting setup without changing components.
For versatile operation, the AXIS™ uses standard 5/16-inch hex drives, allowing technicians to use common sockets with the included 3/8-inch swivel ratchet or a compatible drill. This provides both manual and powered cutting options while avoiding proprietary drive adapters. The integrated manual vacuum pump helps secure the tool to the glass, while the AXIS™ is also designed for direct compatibility with the GT Tools Mini SuperPump™ for an upgrade to automatic vacuum assistance.
Built for professional daily use, the AXIS™ incorporates a glass-filled polymer body, hardened steel wear components, reinforced internals, overmolded grip zones, and a soft high-tack base cup. These features are designed to provide dependable tool control and durability during demanding auto glass removal jobs. The kit also includes Gorilla Cord cutting line, a wire and line starter handle, a cord protection shield, a swivel ratchet, and a protective hard case with custom foam for organized storage and transportation.

We want to ensure you're completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of purchase. A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed once the returned items are received and inspected at the warehouse.
All package sales are final due to the complexity of shipping the equipment. The total purchase price should be paid in full before shipment. When items are passed to the shipping carrier they are responsible for delivery. The equipment is covered solely by the manufacturer's warranty. The Buyer should inspect the equipment upon receipt and notify the Seller of any discrepancies as soon as possible. Let's get calibrating!
