The GT Tools AXIS™ Cord Style Auto Glass Cut Out Tool Kit (GTAXIS) is a professional windshield and auto glass removal system designed to give technicians controlled management of cutting cord throughout the removal process. Its dual independent spindle design allows each spindle to be controlled separately, helping technicians manage cord tension and direction as the cut progresses around corners, through deep urethane, and across changing glass shapes.
Each spindle features an integrated thumb lock that allows independent switching between ratchet and free-spool operation. This enables technicians to change operating modes during the cut without changing components. Standard 5/16-inch hex drives accept common sockets, allowing the AXIS™ to be operated manually with the included ratchet or with a compatible drill setup.
Designed for professional shop and mobile auto glass work, the AXIS™ features a glass-filled polymer body, hardened steel wear components, reinforced internals, strategically positioned overmolded grip zones, and a soft, high-tack base cup. An integrated manual vacuum pump secures the tool to the glass during operation.
The AXIS™ is also directly compatible with the GT Tools GTSP-MINI Mini SuperPump™, allowing technicians to upgrade the system with automatic vacuum assistance. The tool is designed for synthetic cutting fiber and is compatible with GT Tools Gorilla Cord, Titan Cord, and ZipLine cutting lines.
This GTAXIS kit provides the primary components needed for cord-style auto glass removal, including the AXIS™ tool, 250 ft of Gorilla Cord, a 3/8-inch swivel ratchet, starter handle, protection shield, hard case with custom foam, and instructional materials.

We want to ensure you're completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of purchase. A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed once the returned items are received and inspected at the warehouse.
All package sales are final due to the complexity of shipping the equipment. The total purchase price should be paid in full before shipment. When items are passed to the shipping carrier they are responsible for delivery. The equipment is covered solely by the manufacturer's warranty. The Buyer should inspect the equipment upon receipt and notify the Seller of any discrepancies as soon as possible. Let's get calibrating!
