Over video or call, a Master Technician can help walk through live data streams and wiring schematics to resolve electrical faults, support module programming and flashing across engine, transmission, and body control modules, and guide static and dynamic ADAS calibrations for radar, lidar, and camera systems so they align with OEM specifications. The service can also help technicians work through manufacturer security gateways on newer vehicles, so bi-directional tests and adaptations can still be completed properly.
