The Panasonic Toughbook FZ-55 with a 512 GB Solid State Drive (SSD) from Rotunda is pre-configured with Windows 11 Pro 64-Bit and Internet Explorer 11 to be compatible with IDS and provide superior performance. The FZ-55 uses the latest advances to create a laptop two pounds lighter and half an inch thinner than the competition. It is designed to be drop and spill-resistant, which is common in a shop environment. The FZ-55's magnesium alloy case helps it meet military standard 810G for 3' drop, shock, vibration, dust, etc.
Ford Diagnostic Software
The IDS and FDRS software is the only software that provides complete diagnostic coverage, including module programming and key programming of 1996 to current and future Ford and Lincoln vehicles. The IDS/FDRS will operate on PC platforms meeting the minimum specifications and having a valid software subscription. IDS/FDRS software subscriptions are available online at PTS or Motorcraft service website.
Vehicle Communication Module 3 (VCM3)
The VCM3 communicates with Ford and Lincoln vehicles via the 16-pin diagnostic link. This device is the core of vehicle diagnostics. An IDS/FDRS software subscription (sold separately) provides access to the software which uses the VCM3 hardware to perform vehicle diagnostics.

We want to ensure you're completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of purchase. A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed once the returned items are received and inspected at the warehouse.
All package sales are final due to the complexity of shipping the equipment. The total purchase price should be paid in full before shipment. When items are passed to the shipping carrier they are responsible for delivery. The equipment is covered solely by the manufacturer's warranty. The Buyer should inspect the equipment upon receipt and notify the Seller of any discrepancies as soon as possible. Let's get calibrating!
