The Bosch ADS 625 Diagnostic Scan Tool is a professional automotive diagnostic solution designed to help technicians quickly diagnose, research, and repair modern vehicles. Built for demanding repair-shop environments, the ADS 625 combines comprehensive vehicle coverage, advanced diagnostic functions, OEM-style repair information, wiring diagrams, and J2534 pass-through programming capabilities in a technician-focused platform.
The Bosch ADS 625 provides full-system diagnostic coverage for Domestic, Asian, and European vehicles, allowing technicians to access and diagnose vehicle control modules across a wide range of makes and models. Its diagnostic functions include VIN Auto ID, DTC reading, live data/PIDs, bi-directional controls, calibrations, resets, and relearns, making it suitable for both routine service and more advanced diagnostic work.
A major advantage of the ADS 625 is its J2534 pass-through capability, which extends the tool beyond conventional scan functions and supports vehicle programming applications when used with the appropriate OEM software and subscriptions. The included wireless J2534-compliant VCI also allows technicians to move freely around the vehicle while maintaining a connection to the diagnostic system.
The 10-inch high-resolution display provides a clear interface for viewing diagnostic data, repair information, and full-color OEM system wiring diagrams. Bosch Repair-Source puts vehicle-specific service and repair information directly at the technician's fingertips, including maintenance procedures, confirmed fixes, component locations, technical service bulletins, key programming information, and other diagnostic resources.
The ADS 625 also features front and rear 5MP cameras, enabling technicians to capture images for documentation, sharing, and vehicle scan reports. Built-in Wi-Fi and web-browsing capability further enhance the tool's usefulness in the shop, while the included docking and charging station provides a convenient location for charging and storage.
For technicians working with newer vehicles, the Bosch ADS 625 also supports authorized Secure Gateway access for compatible vehicles, allowing supported diagnostic functions to be performed on protected systems after the required authentication and internet connection.
The complete package includes the ADS 625 tablet scan tool, wireless J2534-compliant VCI, OBD II cable with light and voltmeter, AC power adapter, docking and charging station, and USB cable.
Important: Bosch states that the ADS 625 platform was discontinued effective December 31, 2025. This listing therefore represents the original ADS 625 platform rather than Bosch's newer ADS 625X generation.

We want to ensure you're completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of purchase. A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed once the returned items are received and inspected at the warehouse.
All package sales are final due to the complexity of shipping the equipment. The total purchase price should be paid in full before shipment. When items are passed to the shipping carrier they are responsible for delivery. The equipment is covered solely by the manufacturer's warranty. The Buyer should inspect the equipment upon receipt and notify the Seller of any discrepancies as soon as possible. Let's get calibrating!
