How does NEX and Remote Expert Work?

NEX can directly access and virtually connect to the vehicle you are repairing through Autel's Remote Expert software platform. Consider Remote Expert as a portal that allows NEX to connect to your vehicle and then use NEX's OE software to apply the necessary diagnostics and programming you need to complete your repair.

Remote Expert Requirements: MS 909 / 919 / Ultra tablet plus VCI provided OR Standalone XLINK VCI
