The Autel MaxiSYS MA800 Advanced Mobile ADAS System is a professional-grade solution designed to help automotive repair shops, collision centers, glass replacement facilities, and ADAS calibration specialists perform accurate and efficient Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) calibration. Combining Autel's MaxiSYS diagnostic platform with a mobile calibration system, the MA800 is designed to streamline calibration workflows while supporting a broad range of modern vehicle safety systems.
ADAS components such as cameras, radar sensors, and other positioning sensors can require calibration following collision repairs, windshield replacement, sensor replacement, wheel alignment, suspension work, or changes to vehicle ride height. Autel explains that calibration may be required when ADAS components are removed or reinstalled, after certain accident repairs, or when sensor alignment is outside specified parameters.
The MaxiSYS MA800 is engineered for professional calibration applications involving a variety of driver-assistance technologies. Depending on vehicle and software coverage, ADAS functions can include Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC), Lane Departure Warning (LDW), Lane Keeping Assist (LKA), Blind Spot Detection (BSD), Around View Monitoring (AVM), Rear Collision Warning (RCW), Night Vision, and Head-Up Display (HUD).
The system provides vehicle-specific calibration information, graphical guidance, and step-by-step instructions to help technicians follow the correct procedures for supported vehicles. This can help reduce setup errors and provide a more consistent calibration process.
The MA800's mobile configuration is intended to provide greater flexibility than permanently installed ADAS equipment. Its design makes it suitable for workshops that need to move calibration equipment between service bays or reposition the system according to the vehicle being serviced.
This flexibility can be particularly valuable for collision repair shops, automotive glass businesses, wheel alignment facilities, dealerships, and independent repair shops that service a wide range of ADAS-equipped vehicles.
Autel's MaxiSYS ADAS platform combines vehicle diagnostics with ADAS calibration capabilities, allowing technicians to use diagnostic functions alongside calibration procedures. Autel describes its MaxiSYS ADAS solution as providing both complete diagnostic functionality and comprehensive ADAS calibration capabilities.
This integrated approach can help technicians perform pre-calibration checks, identify relevant vehicle faults, follow calibration procedures, and verify system operation as part of a streamlined repair workflow.
The Autel MaxiSYS MA800 Advanced Mobile ADAS System is well suited for:
Collision repair and body shops
Automotive glass replacement shops
Wheel alignment facilities
Dealership service departments
Independent automotive repair shops
ADAS calibration specialists
Specialty diagnostic and automotive service centers
ADAS calibration can be especially important after windshield replacement, accident repair, wheel alignment, sensor replacement, and other repairs that may affect camera or sensor positioning.
With its combination of ADAS calibration technology, vehicle diagnostics, guided procedures, and mobile workshop flexibility, the MA800 provides a professional solution for businesses looking to expand or improve their ADAS service capabilities. It is designed to help technicians work with increasingly sophisticated vehicle safety systems while following vehicle-specific calibration requirements.
For repair facilities handling modern vehicles equipped with driver-assistance technologies, the Autel MaxiSYS MA800 Advanced Mobile ADAS System can serve as a comprehensive platform for professional ADAS diagnostics and calibration workflows.
