The Autel MaxiSYS MA800 Advanced Mobile ADAS System is a comprehensive mobile calibration solution designed for automotive repair shops, ADAS specialists, collision centers, dealerships, and service professionals performing advanced driver assistance system calibration. The MA800AST package combines the MA800 calibration frame, laser measurement equipment, tablet holder, MS909S2 diagnostic tablet, ADAS software upgrade, and an extensive collection of vehicle-specific calibration targets and accessories.
This complete ADAS calibration package is designed to provide technicians with the equipment needed to perform a wide range of ADAS calibration procedures, including Lane Departure Warning (LDW), Blind Spot Detection, radar, Around View Monitor (AVM), night vision, LiDAR, Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC), and other camera- and radar-based systems.
The MA800AST package includes:
The MA800 calibration frame provides the primary positioning structure for ADAS calibration procedures. Its mobile design allows technicians to position the calibration equipment around the vehicle while maintaining an organized setup for different calibration applications.
The frame works with the included laser measurement units and vehicle-specific targets to support accurate target positioning during calibration procedures.
The MS909S2 serves as the diagnostic and calibration interface within the complete package. It provides technicians with a professional platform for vehicle diagnostics and ADAS-related service procedures.
When combined with the MA800 frame and extensive target collection, the MS909S2 helps technicians move from vehicle diagnostics to ADAS calibration in an integrated workflow.
The included left- and right-side laser measurement units are designed to assist technicians with positioning and alignment during ADAS calibration. Accurate equipment placement is an important part of achieving consistent calibration results, and the laser measurement system helps simplify the positioning process.
The integrated tablet holder provides a convenient location for securing the diagnostic tablet during calibration procedures. This allows technicians to keep the MS909S2 accessible while working around the vehicle and ADAS calibration frame.
The MA800AST package includes an expanded selection of MA600 Lane Departure Warning targets covering numerous vehicle applications. The package includes patterns for Volkswagen, Kia, Subaru, Toyota, Lexus, Honda, Alfa Romeo, and other supported applications.
The included LDW targets help technicians handle a broader range of camera calibration requirements without needing to purchase individual target accessories separately.
Advanced radar calibration is supported through accessories such as the Hitachi Radar Plate, Nissan Radar Calibration Plate, Doppler Radar for Blind Spot Detection, ACC Reflector, and related stands and calibration components.
These accessories expand the system's capabilities for radar-based ADAS service applications, including blind spot detection and adaptive cruise control systems.
The kit includes a broad range of Around View Monitor calibration accessories for different vehicle manufacturers. Included applications cover Mitsubishi, Toyota, Honda, Nissan, Volkswagen, GM, Hyundai/Kia, and other vehicle platforms.
These vehicle-specific AVM patterns and target packages provide technicians with the required target hardware for supported surround-view and camera calibration procedures.
The MA800AST package also includes specialized calibration equipment for advanced sensing technologies. The GM/VW Night Vision Calibration Plate supports applicable night vision calibration procedures, while the Toyota LiDAR Reflector and VW/Audi LiDAR Calibration Board provide dedicated equipment for supported LiDAR applications.
A major advantage of the MA800AST package is its extensive collection of manufacturer-specific calibration patterns and plates. The included equipment supports applications across brands such as:
The combination of the MA800 frame, MS909S2 diagnostic tablet, ADASUPGRADE, laser measurement equipment, and expanded target collection creates a versatile ADAS calibration solution for professional automotive service environments.
The MA800AST is designed as a complete solution rather than a basic calibration frame alone. The package brings together the core MA800 calibration frame, MS909S2 diagnostic platform, laser measurement system, tablet holder, ADASUPGRADE, LDW target collection, radar accessories, AVM patterns, LiDAR equipment, night vision calibration hardware, and manufacturer-specific targets.
For shops that perform a variety of ADAS calibration procedures, this comprehensive configuration can help reduce the need to source individual targets and accessories for different vehicle applications.
