They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to provide a convenient place to purchase products and services of interest to you. Online Store
If you decide to register an account with us or place any orders for products or services through the Site, you will provide us with accurate, complete, and current information. Once you place an order, you may receive an order confirmation email detailing the products or services you have ordered. This email does not constitute our acceptance of your order. Order acceptance occurs on the dispatch of your order.
The list of countries that we currently deliver to will be displayed during the check-out process. Delivery lead times will vary according to destination and will be confirmed to you once shipping information is available. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments. Local import duties and additional charges may be payable by you on receipt depending on the location of delivery. You are responsible for any import duties and clearance fees (where applicable) in your country and to check the duties and clearance fees with your local authorities.
If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you of this via email and will not charge you for the applicable product or service. If we have taken payment prior to non-acceptance of your order then we will refund you, but please note that it can take up to ten business days to process refunds. Non-acceptance of an order may be because:

• Unexpected limits on our resources exist which we could not reasonably plan for.
• An error in the price or description of the product or service.

• We could not deliver to the address provided by you.

Prices shown on the Site are in U.S. dollars and may change from time to time. Such prices do not include shipping and handling costs and do not include sales taxes where applicable. You are responsible for any state and local sales or use taxes that may apply to your order, which will be added to your total invoice price during the checkout process. Full payment is due upon order placement; you may be charged at the end of the checkout process.
