Choosing the Right Fit
When selecting an ADAS calibration frame from Autel, it’s essential to consider your specific requirements and budget constraints. Here are some factors to keep in mind:
Type of Work: Determine whether you need mobility or if a stationary frame suits your workflow better.
How many cars are you calibrating a day? Think about how much time you want to save in your calibration workflow, because over a long period of time, an investment in a machine like the IA900 may pay itself off simply on how much time you save per calibration.
Precision Needs: Evaluate the level of precision required for your calibration tasks. The IA900 offers advanced features for precise calibrations.
Budget Constraints: If budget is a really a primary concern and you can manage with manual operation, the MA600 or IA800 may be the suitable choice.
Space constraints: All these frames do fold up and take up much less space when being stored. However, the MA600 has a much smaller footprint when regardless. This may be beneficial if your shop doesn’t have much space.
