If you're in the collision repair industry and haven't put the Southeast Collision Conference on your calendar yet, now is the time. The fifth annual SCC takes place April 23–24 at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Charlotte Concord Golf Resort & Spa in Concord, North Carolina. ADAS Depot will be there with a booth, and we'd love to connect with you on the floor.
What Is the Southeast Collision Conference?
The Southeast Collision Conference is hosted jointly by the Carolinas Collision Association (CCA) and the Washington Metropolitan Auto Body Association (WMABA), and has grown into one of the premier tradeshow and education events on the East Coast. The conference alternates locations between the two regions each year, with the goal of serving as many shops as possible across the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic.
This year's event runs in conjunction with the Collision Industry Conference on April 22 and the Society of Collision Repair Specialists open board meeting on April 21, all at the same venue, making it a full week of industry engagement for anyone who wants to make the most of the trip.
What's on the Agenda
The education program runs under the Collision P.R.E.P. (Professional Repairer Education Program) banner, featuring nationally recognized speakers and sessions covering the latest developments in the repair industry. Classes run throughout both Thursday and Friday, split between classroom sessions and show stage presentations.
The conference kicks off Thursday morning with a keynote from Mike Anderson of Collision Advice. A few sessions worth highlighting for anyone working in or around ADAS: a panel moderated by Kris Griffin of Calibration Consulting Associates on how ADAS, auto glass, mechanical, and collision repair all intersect; a session on OEM certification from Robert Gruskos of Reliable Automotive Equipment; and a session from Justin Allen of Hunter Engineering on the relationship between wheel alignment and ADAS calibration. Beyond that, the program covers paint and materials, structural adhesives, insurance, and shop management.

ADAS Depot will be hosting a booth on the show floor both days — stop by for giveaways and to talk shop.
